Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Smallholder farmers who actively sprayed pesticides in the past 12 months at baseline
  • 2\. Grow one of the following crops (most sprayed crops), watermelon, passion fruit, tomato or cabbage
  • 3\. Above 18 years of age
  • 4\. Able to read and write
  • 5\. Have a phone in their household

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Share a household with another eligible farmer
  • 2\. Not part of the UNACOH\-led pesticide training
  • 3\. Too sick to participate
