Inclusion Criteria
1. Smallholder farmers who actively sprayed pesticides in the past 12 months at baseline
2. Grow one of the following crops (most sprayed crops), watermelon, passion fruit, tomato or cabbage
3. Above 18 years of age
4. Able to read and write
5. Have a phone in their household
Exclusion Criteria
1. Share a household with another eligible farmer
2. Not part of the UNACOH-led pesticide training
3. Too sick to participate
