Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged 18-80 years admitted to the critical care unit diagnosed as hepatorenal syndrome on treatment with albumin.
Exclusion Criteria
patients not willing for ultrasound examination,inadequate window and IVC thrombus.
patients with chronic pulmonary hypertension.
patients with raised intra abdominal pressure causing difficulty in ivc measurement.
patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation.
Patients with abdominal trauma causing damage to the abdominal wall and distortion of the anatomy.

Name Time Method Assessment of respiratory parameters,lung ultrasound scores and VEXUS score in patients of hepatorenal syndrome during the course of intensive care stay.Timepoint: time to improvement or detioration of kidney function(7 days)
