Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients aged 18\-80 years admitted to the critical care unit diagnosed as hepatorenal syndrome on treatment with albumin.
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients not willing for ultrasound examination,inadequate window and IVC thrombus.
- •patients with chronic pulmonary hypertension.
- •patients with raised intra abdominal pressure causing difficulty in ivc measurement.
- •patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation.
- •Patients with abdominal trauma causing damage to the abdominal wall and distortion of the anatomy.
