简要总结
(1) to determine the effects of a MPPA intervention on the clinical parameters, health-related quality of life and PA maintenance of CHD patients at 3 and 6 months after a CR programme; (2) to determine the effects of a MPPA intervention can be sustained over a further one year follow-up period (i.e.15 month after the CR programme); and (3) to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of using MPPA on quality-adjusted life year gained over the entire study period.

- •CHD patients aged 18 or more; able to understand Cantonese and read Chinese
排除标准
- •People with a physical impairment that prohibits exercise; a cognitive impairment (scoring <6 on the Abbreviated Mental Test, Hong Kong version); a history of head trauma or seizure (a contradiction to rhythmic auditory stimulation); or unable to wear ear/headphones
