Inclusion Criteria
1. Persons with lower levels of Hb (Borderline Anaemia of Hb 10 to 11gm%)
2. Persons presenting with signs and symptoms of Raktadhatu kshaya
3. Persons having proper agni bala
4. Persons will be selected from in and around the Research site of study without any bar of race, religion and sex
Exclusion Criteria
1. Persons below the age of 18years and above 30 years
2. Pregnant and lactating women
3. Persons suffering from any acute or chronic disease conditions
4. Persons suffering from Aplastic Anaemia, Pernicios Anaemia, Hemolytic Anaemia and other Haemoglobinopathies
