Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with chronic HBV infection defined by HBsAg positive more than 6 months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- pregnancy
- •\- patients with the conditions that may alter the immune system, for example; HIV infection, cancer, autoimmune disease, receiving immunosuppressive drugs and active infection.
- •\- HCV and HIV co\-infection
- •\- HBV infected patients with decompensated cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma
