Inclusion Criteria
Eligibility criteria include patient age more than 65 years of age with acute hip
fractures.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with following are excluded from the study.
1. Multiple/Poly trauma
2. Fractures due to neoplasms (primary or secondary)
3. Patients transferred from another acute care hospital
4. died within 2 days of admission.
5. hospitalized for hip fracture in the previous 2 years
