入选标准

  • Age and Gender: Participants must be male volleyball players within a specific age range to ensure consistency in the study group.
  • Vitamin D Levels: Participants must have a defined baseline level of vitamin D to establish a consistent starting point for the study.
  • Training Experience: Participants should have a minimum level of training experience or proficiency in high-intensity interval training to ensure they can perform the exercise regimen effectively and safely.
  • Health Status: Participants must be in good health and free from any conditions that could affect the study results, such as chronic illnesses or vitamin deficiencies unrelated to the study parameters.

排除标准

  • Existing Vitamin D Supplementation: Individuals who are already taking vitamin D supplements would not be eligible for the study to prevent confounding effects from existing supplementation.
  • History of Chronic Diseases: Participants with a history of chronic diseases, such as diabetes or autoimmune disorders, may be excluded due to the potential impact of these conditions on the study outcomes.
  • Recent Antioxidant Use: Individuals who have recently used antioxidant supplements or medications that could affect SOD and GPX levels may be excluded to avoid interference with the study results.
  • Injury or Illness: Individuals who have suffered recent injuries or illnesses that could affect their ability to participate in high-intensity interval training may be excluded to ensure the safety and consistency of the exercise regimen.
