Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. They are aged 13\-19 years old
- •2\. Psychiatrists diagnosed them with a major depressive disorder by using DSM\-V criteria
- •3\. They had mild depressive symptoms using the PHQ\-9 assessment
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Have comorbidity diagnosis of current substance dependence or abuse, mania episode, organic brain damage, current or past psychosis, persistent antisocial behavior, and persistent self\-injury
- •2\. Have significant suicidal ideations.
- •3\. Have formal concurrent psychotherapy.
