Inclusion Criteria

(1) Diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinson Disease with the UK Brain Bank Criteria
(2) Hoehn & Yahr-Stadium = 4 (with medicinal On-State)
(3) Ability to complete the Gait tests without any aid and without fatigue
(4) Clinical manifested unilateral reduction in armswing with range of motion < 28,3° or marked reduction in gait velocity < 1,15 m/s measured in the 1-minute gait test
(5) No adaption of dopaminergic medication since one week and planned for eight weeks

Exclusion Criteria

(1) Orthopedic oder neurologic comorbility with relevant restricition of the agility or gait function
(2) Cognitive impaitment which impacts everyday life (MMST<27)
(3) Severe depression or psicosis
(4) Marked dyskinesia while being in medical ON-State
(5) Coronary heart disease with instable angina pectoris
(6) Kamptokormia > 20° or Pisasyndrom
(7) Episodes of gaitfreezing while walking normally in the past half-year
(8) More than one fall in the past 12 months
(9) Unilateral hearing loss > 40dB
(10) Balance problems in anamnesis or in one of the following tests, not caused by the IPS: Romberg-Test, Tandem gait, Pull-Test
(11) Rhythmic Auditive Stimulation or CuraSwing-Training in the past three months
