入选标准
- •1- Individual type 2 Diabetes registered for the first time in the Diabetic clinic.
- •2- Able to speak and comprehend English, Hindi or Urdu.
- •3- Able to give and complete consent forms in English, Hindi or Urdu.
- •4- Able and willing to participate in small Group education sessions.
排除标准
- •1- Pregnant women, including those diagnosed with gestational diabetes.
- •2- Individuals who have been in active treatment for cancer in the past year.
- •3-Individuals who are currently or have previously participated in a similar program or study.
- •4-Individuals who are not able and willing to undergo metabolic control tests.
- •5- Individuals who had severe enduring mental health problems.
- •6- Individuals who are not primarily responsible for their own care
