- •- Informed consent
- •- Age of =18
- •- Atrial fibrillation/flutter with an indication for permanent anticoagulation therapy (i.e. CHA2DS2VASC =1 for man and CHA2DS2VASC =2 for women)
- •- Percutaneous coronary intervention in the previous 3 days
排除标准
- •- Contraindication for Clopidogrel intake
- •- History of stent-thrombosis
- •- Patient not suitable for inclusion in the study
- •(e.g. incompliance, drug abuse, unwillingness to adhere to the protocol)
- •- GPIIb/IIIa inhibition within the last 24h
- •- Use of Prasugrel or Ticagrelor within the last 7 days
- •- Less than 50 thousand platelets per µl blood
