Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Normal response on vitalite test
  • •Absence of clinical signs and symptoms of periapical pathology
  • •The presence of teeth in the proximal contact of the restoration
  • •Teeth being in occlusion to antagonistic teet
  • •Patients who agreed to attend regular checks

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Non\-vital teeth
  • •Unacceptable standard of oral hygiene or parafunctional habits
  • •Teeth with only initial defects or that did not require at least one cuspal coverage
  • •Teeth subjected to direct pulp\-capping
  • •Severe periodontal problems
