Inclusion Criteria

  • •\* psychotic disorder according to miniSCAN
  • •\* developmental disorder according to miniSCAN
  • •\* anxiety symptoms determined with LSAS (score \> 30\).
  • •\* \> 18 years treated at Friesland mental health care services

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\* suiciderisk
  • •\* psychosis, determined with PANSS\-R \>\= 4
