* psychotic disorder according to miniSCAN
* developmental disorder according to miniSCAN
* anxiety symptoms determined with LSAS (score > 30).
* > 18 years treated at Friesland mental health care services

Exclusion Criteria

* suiciderisk
* psychosis, determined with PANSS-R >= 4
