Inclusion Criteria

Lumbar facett joint osteoarthritis
RF-A was done L3/4 to L5/S1 bothsides

Exclusion Criteria

- previous lumbar spine surgery
- previous minimal invasive spine therapy others than Radiofrequency-Ablation
- systemic muscle atrophia
- systemic neurological disorder
- recurrent Radiofrequency-Ablation
- vascular disease
- scoliosis

Primary Outcome Measures

Name	Time	Method
Decrease of paraspinal muscle volume with use of MRI in a follow up time of one year after intervention. For this a standardized MR is used to compare the signal values of multifidus muscle and faty tissue.
