Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Aged 65 years or older
- •2 Mini Mental State Examination score MMSE score 24
- •3 Match one or two components according to Fried frailty criteria
- •4 Independent walking 10m without using a walking aid
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Unstable physical condition
- •2 Participants who have neurological psychiatry illness or diagnosis
- •learning disability can t take part in the experiment group
