Uncomplicated singleton pregnancy
Maternal age of 18 years or greater
GA between 17 and 37 weeks (based on a well-defined LMP or CRL from ultrasound)
No use of tobacco or recreational drugs and no alcohol consumption
Pregnancy complicated with medical conditions - chronic hypertension, diabetic mellitus, thyroid disease, renal disease, systemic lupus erythematosus
Multifetal gestations
Intrauterine fetal growth restriction on a US examination
Oligohydramnios
Major fetal non-CNS structural anomalies or chromosomal abnormalities detected during or postnatal period
Withdrawal of consent
