入选标准
- •Uncomplicated singleton pregnancy
- •Maternal age of 18 years or greater
- •GA between 17 and 37 weeks (based on a well-defined LMP or CRL from ultrasound)
- •No use of tobacco or recreational drugs and no alcohol consumption
排除标准
- •Pregnancy complicated with medical conditions - chronic hypertension, diabetic mellitus, thyroid disease, renal disease, systemic lupus erythematosus
- •Multifetal gestations
- •Intrauterine fetal growth restriction on a US examination
- •Oligohydramnios
- •Major fetal non-CNS structural anomalies or chromosomal abnormalities detected during or postnatal period
- •Withdrawal of consent
