Inclusion Criteria
- •Scheduled for explorative laparotomy with intention of pancreatoduodenectomy for pancreatic or periampullary disease
- •Age \>/\<\= 18 years
- •Willing and able to give written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Peroperative findings of unresectability
- •Secondary DGE (DGE due to other intra\-abdominal complications)
