Inclusion Criteria
1. Office worker aged 20-50 years
2. Having musculoskeletal (MSK) pain around neck and shoulder area >=3/10 for more than 3 months
3. Working with computer for more than 6 hours per day
4. Able to communicate Thai
5. Cooperate with the study
Exclusion Criteria
1. No history of surgery or severe trauma at neck or shoulder were excluded
2. No comorbidity that obstruct yoga, e.g., severe HT, Ankylosing spondilitis, severe knee OA
3. No on going in receiving physical therapy
