Target population
1.Obese patients age 18-65.
2.Underwent Roux-en-Y gastric bypass or Sleeve gastrectomy at King Chulalongkorn hospital in 2015-2019
3. At 1 year after surgery, patient had BMI<30kg/m2 and Excessive weight loss >50%
Control group
1.Age 18-25
2.BMI <30 kg/m2
Target population
1.Pregnancy
2.Underlying disease (heart disease, liver disease, renal failure, cancer, HIV infection, diabetes mellitus, hypo/hyperthyroidism, cushing syndrome, acromegaly
3.On steroid, diuretics
Control group
1.Pregnancy
2.Underlying disease (heart disease, liver disease, renal failure, cancer, HIV infection, diabetes mellitus, hypo/hyperthyroidism, cushing syndrome, acromegaly
3.On steroid, diuretics
4.History of gastric or bowel surgery
5.Body weight changed > 5% in last 3 months
