Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Target population
  • •1\.Obese patients age 18\-65\.
  • •2\.Underwent Roux\-en\-Y gastric bypass or Sleeve gastrectomy at King Chulalongkorn hospital in 2015\-2019
  • •3\. At 1 year after surgery, patient had BMI\<30kg/m2 and Excessive weight loss \>50%
  • •Control group
  • •1\.Age 18\-25
  • •2\.BMI \<30 kg/m2

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Target population
  • •1\.Pregnancy
  • •2\.Underlying disease (heart disease, liver disease, renal failure, cancer, HIV infection, diabetes mellitus, hypo/hyperthyroidism, cushing syndrome, acromegaly
  • •3\.On steroid, diuretics
  • •Control group
  • •1\.Pregnancy
  • •2\.Underlying disease (heart disease, liver disease, renal failure, cancer, HIV infection, diabetes mellitus, hypo/hyperthyroidism, cushing syndrome, acromegaly
  • •3\.On steroid, diuretics
  • •4\.History of gastric or bowel surgery
  • •5\.Body weight changed \> 5% in last 3 months
