1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for being overweight or obese;
2.Aged 18 to 60 years;
3.Have not received any other weight-loss treatment within the last 3 months;
4.Volunteered to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.
1.Allergic to alcohol or PGLA;
2.Pregnant or lactation patients;
3.Secondary obesity, as follows thalamus, pituitary disease, hypothyroidism, increased cortisol, increased insulin, changes in gonadal secretion and drugs caused by secondary obesity patients;
4.Complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, mental or emotional disorders unable to cooperate;Local skin damage or infection;
5.Patients with abnormal coagulation function.
