Inclusion Criteria
1.Age- above 60 years and old and living in the community
2.Participants who were not taking hormonal, calcium and vitamin D supplements
3.Participant who are able to give informed consent in the study
4.Participants who were willing to take part in the study will be taken
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient with cognitive impairment
2.Significant orthopedic diseases that significantly limit joint mobility, e.g. advanced osteoarthritis, joint stiffness
3.Rheumatic diseases
4.Neurological diseases such as: Parkinson’s disease, post-stroke condition
5.Active neoplastic disease
