Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age\- above 60 years and old and living in the community
- •2\.Participants who were not taking hormonal, calcium and vitamin D supplements
- •3\.Participant who are able to give informed consent in the study
- •4\.Participants who were willing to take part in the study will be taken
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient with cognitive impairment
- •2\.Significant orthopedic diseases that significantly limit joint mobility, e.g. advanced osteoarthritis, joint stiffness
- •3\.Rheumatic diseases
- •4\.Neurological diseases such as: Parkinson’s disease, post\-stroke condition
- •5\.Active neoplastic disease
