- •1.Age- above 60 years and old and living in the community
- •2.Participants who were not taking hormonal, calcium and vitamin D supplements
- •3.Participant who are able to give informed consent in the study
- •4.Participants who were willing to take part in the study will be taken
排除标准
- •1.Patient with cognitive impairment
- •2.Significant orthopedic diseases that significantly limit joint mobility, e.g. advanced osteoarthritis, joint stiffness
- •3.Rheumatic diseases
- •4.Neurological diseases such as: Parkinson’s disease, post-stroke condition
- •5.Active neoplastic disease
