- •Antenatal women ( primigravida) with 36 to 42 completed week of pregnancy
- •Singleton pregnancy with cephalic presentation
- •Patient must be atleast 4cm or more dilated at the point of inclusion
排除标准
- •Known case of major fetal structural anomaly
- •Women with history of previous uterine surgery
- •Women with acute obstetrical complications like APH ECLAMPSIA
- •Cephalopelvic dispropertion
- •Active HSV infection PLHA Hbs antigen postive
- •Genital warts
- •ANC with other comorbidities like heart disease liver disease kidney disease
