Inclusion Criteria
- •age between 8 and 18 years
- •esophageal atresia OR
- •surgically treated gastro\-esophageal reflux
Exclusion Criteria
- •mental retardation
- •prematurity (\<35 wks)
- •recognized chronic respiratory diseases (such as cystic fibrosis)
- •syndromal and/or chromosomal disorders
