Inclusion Criteria

  • •age between 8 and 18 years
  • •esophageal atresia OR
  • •surgically treated gastro\-esophageal reflux

Exclusion Criteria

  • •mental retardation
  • •prematurity (\<35 wks)
  • •recognized chronic respiratory diseases (such as cystic fibrosis)
  • •syndromal and/or chromosomal disorders
