Nursing home residents in Markwasen in Reutlingen and Herzog-Christoph in Bad Urach
- Residents that are not able to give consent (with consent from their legal adviser
- Nursing staff
- Severe affective disorder (GDS > 9)
- Diseases that can cause damage to the cirkadian effective intrinsic photosensitive ganglion cells (IpRGC) (e.g. glaucoma, Opticusneuropathy)
- Insufficient knowledge of German language
- advanced state of cataract
