- •referral for herniotomy
- •preoperative anxiety at least 4/10 points on a numeric rating scale
- •physical and mental capability to participant
- •written informed consent

- •Emergency surgery
- •malignoma
- •recurrence of inaugural hernia
- •severe comorbidity
- •severy psychological disorders
- •immunosuppression
- •coagulation disorders
