Brief Summary: THIS IS A SINGLE ARM CLINICAL STUDY IN WHICH RAKTA RODHAK YOGA IS USED ON 30 PATIENTS WITH SYMPTOMS OF RAKTAJ ARSHA (INTERNAL HAEMORRHOIDS) FOR BLEEDING WHILE DEFECATION .FOLLOW-UPS WILL BE ON 3RD AND 7TH DAY AND DURATION OF STUDY WILL BE 7 DAYS. THE AGE GROUP TAKEN FOR STUDY WILL BE 18YRS TO 60 YRS.

Inclusion Criteria

1 Patient diagnosed with 1 st and 2 nd Degree Raktaja Arsha 2 Patient having signs &symptoms of Raktaja Arshaas mentioned by Acharya Sushruta a) Sarakta malapravrutti (Bleeding while defecation) b) Savedana or Avedana mal nishkasan (Defecation with or without pain).

Exclusion Criteria

1 Patient not willing for trial.
2 Pregnant women.
3 k/c/o Severe Anemia, Ulcerative colitis Crohns disease, T.B of Colon & Rectum, Rectal Prolapse, CA of rectum, HIV, HBsAg 4 Haemmorhoids associated with complication i.e. Thrombosed piles.
Patient who needs surgical intervention.
