Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:The mother is healthy and primipara; with normal vaginal delivery; Willingness to participate in the study; Do not use herbal medicines or other chemical drugs; Be at least literacy Reading and writing; No history of allergy to the material studied; Lack of symptoms Hirsute; No history of kidney disease or the mother malignant; Having a healthy and full-term infants.Exclusive breastfeeding: Having a contact number; Absence of the nipple for breastfeeding infants; Residing in Hamadan city.

Exclusion Criteria

The incidence of allergy symptoms In the mother or baby to studied substances; The incidence of the disease in the mother or infant; Use of any material increases maternal milk; Infants are feeding with any kind of substances other than the breast-fed; Cancel the parent companies to participatie in the study; Relocate to another city.

Primary Outcome Measures

Maternal Serum Prolactin. Timepoint: In the first 24 hours after delivery and 15 days after taking the prescribed syrups. Method of measurement: The amount of prolactin in vivo by an ELISA kit and ELISA reader will be measured.;The neonatal Skin Billirubin. Timepoint: On the first day of study before starting treatment and on days 5, 10 and 15 after initiation of treatment. Method of measurement: The skin bilirubin with the Billie test devices will be measured.;Side effect of druge. Timepoint: during of study and the end of study. Method of measurement: with qusetion of mothers.
