Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Male patients below the age of 40 years with skeletal maturity.
  • •2\.ACL injury diagnosed clinically and radiologically.
  • •3\.Informed consent given and willing to participate.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Female patients.
  • •2\.Skeletally immature patients.
  • •3\.Age above 40 years.
  • •4\.Concomitant injury to other ligaments.
  • •5\.Time since injury is not known or not sure.
  • •6\.Injury or past history of knee pain suggestive of possible OA on either side.
  • •7\.Injury during non\-sports related activities.
  • •8\.Inflammatory arthritis including RA, AS, ReA.
  • •9\.Systemic inflammatory disorders and gouty arthritis.
  • •10\.Autoimmune disorders.
