1. Age: between 18 and 85;
2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke;
3. The disease is stable, and the course of disease is less than 6 months;
4. Clear mind, stable vital signs, able to follow instructions without obvious cognitive impairment;
5. Swallowing disorder in oropharyngeal stage was confirmed by preliminary screening of water swallow test and VFSS.
1. Dysphagia before stroke;
2. Serious diseases of liver, kidney, blood system or endocrine system;
3. There are other diseases that may damage swallowing function (such as head and neck tumors, esophageal tumors, myasthenia gravis, etc.).
