入选标准
- •1. Age 45 to 80 years
- •2. Having first stroke
- •3. Chronic stroke (onset more than six months)
- •4.Fugl-Meyer Assessment of the Upper Extremity: motor Assessment scores for mild to moderate level (20-66)
- •5. Thai ethnicity
- •6. Able to sit independently for at least 30 minutes
- •7. Able to understand and follow one-step command
- •8. Stable medical condition
排除标准
- •1. Having other neurological conditions apart from stroke
- •2. Having musculoskeletal pain affecting upper extremity movement
- •3. Modified Ashworth Scale (grade) more than 3
- •4. Resting heart rate more than 180/100 mmHg.
- •5. Cognitive impairment considered by using the Thai Mini Mental State Examination based on
- •educational criteria (score for people education less than primary school greater than or equal to 14, primary school greater than or equal to 17, and higher than primary school greater than or equal to 22)
- •6. Having unilateral neglect
- •7. Participated in other interventions
