入排标准
入选标准
- •Fever and urinary symptoms (dysuria, urinary frequency, urinary urgency) with presence of >=10 WBC in urine
- •Urine/ Blood C/S showing ESBL + organism
- •Patient from South India
- •Afebrile with absence of urinary symptoms for 24 hours prior to randomization
排除标准
- •Failure of patient to give consent
- •Presence of fever or shock or persistent urinary symptoms at Day 7
- •Presence of renal abscess
- •Presence of hydronephrosis or hydroureteronephrosis requiring intervention in the first 7 days.
- •Non ESBL â??producing organism
- •Patient on immunosuppression
- •Patient with chronic kidney disease on renal replacement therapy
