入选标准
- •The inclusion criteria will be:
- •1.carious exposed symptomatic mandibular molars with signs and symptoms consistent with irreversible pulpitis,
- •2.a sharp and lingering pain on thermal
- •stimulus and an electric pulp tester,
- •3.hemorrhaging on access opening.
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria include:
- •1. known allergy or contraindications
- •to any content of local anesthetic solution,
- •2.patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, a history of known or suspected drug abuse,
- •3. patients taking any drugs that could have affected pain perception.
- •4.Patients having active pain in more than 1 tooth will be excluded from the study.
