- Health Condition 1: null- The subjects having pain in a mandibular molar shall be recruited. They should be in a good health, and none will be taking anymedication that would alter pain perception

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The inclusion criteria will be:
- •1\.carious exposed symptomatic mandibular molars with signs and symptoms consistent with irreversible pulpitis,
- •2\.a sharp and lingering pain on thermal
- •stimulus and an electric pulp tester,
- •3\.hemorrhaging on access opening.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria include:
- •1\. known allergy or contraindications
- •to any content of local anesthetic solution,
- •2\.patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, a history of known or suspected drug abuse,
- •3\. patients taking any drugs that could have affected pain perception.
- •4\.Patients having active pain in more than 1 tooth will be excluded from the study.
