Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •The inclusion criteria will be:
  • •1\.carious exposed symptomatic mandibular molars with signs and symptoms consistent with irreversible pulpitis,
  • •2\.a sharp and lingering pain on thermal
  • •stimulus and an electric pulp tester,
  • •3\.hemorrhaging on access opening.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Exclusion criteria include:
  • •1\. known allergy or contraindications
  • •to any content of local anesthetic solution,
  • •2\.patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, a history of known or suspected drug abuse,
  • •3\. patients taking any drugs that could have affected pain perception.
  • •4\.Patients having active pain in more than 1 tooth will be excluded from the study.
