Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
This study is to compare & look for the best analgesia among 25% dextrose & 25% dextrose with NNS in neonates during blood sampling and according to studies single dose of 2ml dextrose do not cause any harmful effects to babies only on repeated administration of dextrose may lead to necrotizing enterocolitis but in this study we are providing only single dose 2ml dextrose so we are not expecting any adverse effects to babies other than analgesic effect during blood sampling.Timepoint: Necrotizing enterocolitis may occur only after repeated administrations of dextrose solution in 2 to 3 weeks of life.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
This study is to look out for best analgesic methods in neonates during blood sampling using 2ml of dextrsose for a single dose only in repeated administrations or infusion of dextrose solution it may lead to necrotizing enterocolitis but no study has shown that there are harmful effects for single administration of dextrose in neonates & this study will show the best method which can be used as hospital policy for analgesic effect in neonates during blood samplingTimepoint: Only on repeated administartion of dextrose or infusion of dextrose may lead to necrotizing enterocolitis in 1 to 2 weeks
