- •1\. Male or female patient \= 18 years
- •2\. Metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC)
- •3\. BRAFV600E mutation confirmed by valid test method
- •4\. Initiated at least 2nd\-line systemic treatment as per local treatment standard
- •5\. Start of 1st\-line treatment after 01\-Jan\-2016
- •6\. Documentation of treatment with drugs registered for mCRC in the respective country at the time of treatment
排除标准
- •1\. BRAF test after initiation of 2nd\-line treatment
- •2\. Other secondary stage III\-IV tumor diseases or concomitant systemic treatment of any secondary tumor disease
- •3\. Pregnant or lactating patient during the documented treatment lines
- •4\. Participation in a clinical trial during the documented treatment lines
