- •Score of greater than or equal to 16 on the K10
- •Aged at least 18 years
- •University student
- •Sufficient English language comprehension
- •Access to teleconferencing platform
Exclusion Criteria

- •Current psychosis
- •Imminent suicidal risk
- •Current substance dependence
- •No access to internet\-based access to teleconferencing facility
