- •NDI score 5 to 34
- •neck pain for more than 3 months less than 2 years
- •tailors with history of working daily 4 hours and 6 months with work history
排除标准
- •subjects with severe neck pain
- •(nasya anarha)contraindication
- •subjects with a history of recent surgery or recommended surgical intervention, traveling or accident.
- •known case of cervical spondylitis,nasal polyp,sinusitis, structural deformilty,known r later known
- •neck pain assosiated with systemic illness
