Inclusion Criteria
NDI score 5 to 34
neck pain for more than 3 months less than 2 years
tailors with history of working daily 4 hours and 6 months with work history
Exclusion Criteria
subjects with severe neck pain
(nasya anarha)contraindication
subjects with a history of recent surgery or recommended surgical intervention, traveling or accident.
known case of cervical spondylitis,nasal polyp,sinusitis, structural deformilty,known r later known
neck pain assosiated with systemic illness
