入排标准

入选标准

  • 1. Patients with adhesive capsulitis.
  • 2. Patients with unilateral shoulder involvement.
  • 3. Age 40 to 65 years.
  • 4. Both gender.
  • [Page : 16]
  • 5. Pain: VAS in the range of of 4-8 on 10
  • 6. Range of motion (Passive ROM less than or equal to
  • a decrease in 50 % i.e 90 degrees of abduction and 45
  • degrees of external rotation as compared to normal)

排除标准

  • 1. Any history of Shoulder surgery in the last 1 year.
  • 2. Patients with neurological deficits (eg. Stroke)
  • 3. Patients with polyarthritis, rheumatic disease or
  • cervical radiculopathy
  • 4. Presence of shoulder dislocation or subluxation
  • 5. Rib fracture or upper extremity fracture.
  • 6. Any condition having contraindication to
  • hydrocollateral pack.
