入选标准
- •1. Patients with adhesive capsulitis.
- •2. Patients with unilateral shoulder involvement.
- •3. Age 40 to 65 years.
- •4. Both gender.
- •[Page : 16]
- •5. Pain: VAS in the range of of 4-8 on 10
- •6. Range of motion (Passive ROM less than or equal to
- •a decrease in 50 % i.e 90 degrees of abduction and 45
- •degrees of external rotation as compared to normal)
排除标准
- •1. Any history of Shoulder surgery in the last 1 year.
- •2. Patients with neurological deficits (eg. Stroke)
- •3. Patients with polyarthritis, rheumatic disease or
- •cervical radiculopathy
- •4. Presence of shoulder dislocation or subluxation
- •5. Rib fracture or upper extremity fracture.
- •6. Any condition having contraindication to
- •hydrocollateral pack.
