To compare and study the effect of Gongs mobilization with elbow bend at right angle and elbow straight in shoulder sideward overhead movement, pain and function in frozen shoulder.

1. Patients with adhesive capsulitis.
2. Patients with unilateral shoulder involvement.
3. Age 40 to 65 years.
4. Both gender.

5. Pain: VAS in the range of of 4-8 on 10
6. Range of motion (Passive ROM less than or equal to
a decrease in 50 % i.e 90 degrees of abduction and 45
degrees of external rotation as compared to normal)
1. Any history of Shoulder surgery in the last 1 year.
2. Patients with neurological deficits (eg. Stroke)
3. Patients with polyarthritis, rheumatic disease or
cervical radiculopathy
4. Presence of shoulder dislocation or subluxation
5. Rib fracture or upper extremity fracture.
6. Any condition having contraindication to
hydrocollateral pack.
