Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Women diagnosed with PCOS from a certified medical practitioner (both married and unmarried)
  • •2\. Age 18 to 45
  • •3\. Patients who are willing to give written informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Pregnancy
  • •2\. Recent Injuries Within 7 Days
  • •3\. Severe Neurological Conditions
  • •4\. Schizophrenia
