入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients presenting with solid tumors or mass lesions under investigation planned for a
- •biopsy - at any stage of TNM (for the first part)
- •2. Solid tumor or mass lesion proved to be cancer which is planned for upfront surgery (for
- •the second part)
- •3. Patient age > 18 years and < 65 years
- •4. Performance status ECOG 0 or 1
- •5. Patient voluntarily giving written, informed consent
- •6. No history of uncontrolled comorbidities such as diabetes, hypertension, or ischaemic heart
排除标准
- •1. Those patients without an obvious mass lesion.
- •2. Patients with ongoing or past treatment are taken for cancer.
- •3. Patients taking alternative/ complementary treatments.
- •4. Presence of medical disease such as renal or liver derangement (renal parameters > 1.5
- •times normal range or liver function tests > 2.5 times raised liver enzymes)
- •5. Pregnant or breastfeeding patients.
- •6. Patients with positive HIV, HbsAg, HCV status.
- •7. For the first part â?? biopsy planned under GA.
