简要总结
Psoriasis is an immune-mediated, chronic inflammatory disease affecting multiple aspects of patients’ lives. Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory systemic disease that severely impacts patients’ quality of life. This study aims to evaluate and compare the quality of life of individuals with Psoriasis and those without the condition, in order to understand the significant effects of this chronic autoimmune disease on different aspects of well-being. Psoriasis, identified by repeated inflammatory skin symptoms, places significant physical, emotional, and social strain on people affected. This study examines the differences in quality of life among patients with Psoriasis compared to those without the condition using standardized tools and thorough statistical analysis. Important factors that are examined include how well a person can physically function, their emotional well-being, their social connections, and how happy they are with their life in general. The research aims to understand the specific difficulties that Psoriasis patients experience, which can include severe physical symptoms and negative social consequences like stigma and difficulties in social interactions. This study also aims to highlight the important effect of Psoriasis on various aspects of quality of life by comparing the quality of life of Psoriasis patients with that of the general population. In the end, the findings from this research could help in creating specific interventions and support systems designed to improve the quality of life for Psoriasis patients, leading to better overall well-being and health outcomes for this group.
