The condition characterized with very scanty menstrual bleeding.
Artavakshaya is not a disease but a symptom of various underlaying health conditions. however depending on the etiopathogenesis Artavakshaya occurs due to Dosha has obstruct the passage or orifice of channels
carrying Artava thus Artava is destroyed. their are several drug of Artavakshaya but here I have chosen SHITKALYANAKA GHRITA which not only treats symptoms but also does samprapti bhanga.
Therefore I have selected 40 patients aged between 18-40 years, patients should be selected on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria. The trial will be of 3 consecutive months and follow up will be done after each months. Cured after 3 months patient gets 80-100percent rellef from sign and symptoms.

入选标准
- •Age group 18 to 40 years.
- •Interval between two menstrual cycles is greater than 35 days (for the last three months approximately).
- •Duration of menstrual flow is two days or less (for the last three months approximately).
- •Patients complaining of alpartava and yonishool.
- •Pain during menses.
排除标准
- •Patients below age of 18 years and above age of 40 years.
- •Positive history of venereal diseases (HIV, HBsAg, anti HCV, VDRL, HPV etc.)
- •Patient having congenital anomalies and structural defect in female genital
- •Patient having chronic systemic disease like DM , cardiac vascular disease.

时间窗: 3 month | the trail drug will be given for 3 months with anupana and follow up will be done after every menstrual cycle
次要结局
- improvement in duration of menstrual bleeding and interval between two cycles(after analyzing all the parameters the result will be assessed on the basis of symptomatic relief and improvement.)
