- •Patients willing to participate

- •1. Patients having diabetes, hypertension, neuropathy, peripheral nerve injury
- •2. Patients with local site infection
- •3. Patients on anticoagulants or bleeding disorders (platelet count <50000/microlitre, prothrombin time >14sec, INR >1.5
- •4. Patients with history of hypersensitivity to maids group of local anaesthetic agents
