Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria :being woman ;having a family history of breast cancer (such as mother, sister, daughter or other caregiver) ; being aged 40 years and above, having access to the phone ;not being deaf or having hard of hearing and speaking ; Ability to speak Farsi;no history of breast cancer. Exclusion criteria: unwilling to continue cooperation
